Dong Van town is surrounded by 40 rooftops. The old houses are all over 100 years old, especially the houses that are nearly 200 years old. The old town was established in the early 20th century. Initially only a few Mong families, Tay, and Hoa people, gradually more and more local residents to find. But In general, the old quarter bears the bold architectural design of the United States. There are roofed yin-yang, red lanterns hanging high off the harsh cold of the Rocky Plateau.

The 1880s, the French had planned and left important architectural and architectural highlights. Especially the Dong Van Market, built in the 1920s. intact to this day. You can visit Dong Van market every Sunday.

Guide will pick you up around Dong Van town. Before you will start an amazing trek to Ma Pi Leng peak, you will visit Mong’s museum. You will go through the narrow high mountain path Sky path, Trekking on the rock Mountain steps of old Ma Pi Leng pass.  This rocky path goes through limestone cliffs, goes through Hmong villages in the high mountains, goes through cornfields in the middle of the karst plateau. From above, you can admire the extremely majestic scenery of the limestone mountains and the green Nho Que river which cuts through the valley below.  Besides the trekking route, you will cross through 2 remote villages on the mountain, visiting and chatting with locals are our interesting activities besides enjoying natural scenery. (8km) 
Having lunch, resting at a local restaurant where you can see Tu San alley on Ma Pi Leng pass. Continuing, you can trek about 5 km passing cornfields, local houses of H’mong to Nho Que river. You can kayak, swim there.
The driver will pick you up to Dong Van town, the end of the tour.
